lone tree in forest

Grief is like a fingerprint, unique to each individual, but also specific to each type of loss. With grief comes deep and different emotions: shock, disbelief, sorrow, regret, despair, anger, numbness, guilt, shame, yearning, relief, anguish, frustration and many more. Grievers often feel alone and isolated, sometimes judged and stigmatized, and it is my hope that I can offer a refuge, a safe place to feel any emotion and share any thoughts. A place to be heard, listened to, and cared for.
